Teen Build Up (TBU) gives high school students a venue to develop themselves, gain new experiences, and make a difference in their community. Through peer-to-peer education, street outreach and grassroots organizing, this youth-led organization has grown into a core leadership team of 15 youth from three high schools. The team has reached over 200 middle and high school students across Dane County through neighborhood workshops, outreach projects, and trainings.
