Steps for renting a room at the LCEC:

1. Know the details of your event. Think about the date, time, and how many people will be attending.

2. Look at the different spaces that we offer and determine what best suits your needs. In addition to this webpage, LCEC Rooms and Rates can be seen by clicking here.

3. Check for availability by directing your inquiry to:

4. Download our Space Rental Packet, which contains the Facility Use Request Form, Facility Use Agreement, Sign In Sheet, and Rooms and Rates form.

5. Your event will be confirmed after we receive the Space Rental Packet, security deposit, and/or payment.



Lussier Community Room
Open room, 1/3 of a basketball court, with an adjustable basketball hoop and service windows into a full commercial kitchen. Great for play, meals and lectures.

William T. Evjue Youth Room
A cozy room filled with couches, flat screen T.V., computer and telephone station, a pool table and a small conference table. This room is also furnished with a sink and counter. Although the recording studio is located at the back of this room, rental of the William T. Evjue Youth Room does not entitle use of the recording studio.

Madison Community Foundation Learning Lab

CUNA Mutual Neighborhood Meeting Room
Large windows provide natural light for this conference room. Not only does it have a beautiful table with fifteen chairs (yes, the big comfy kind!), it also has a white board, computer station and telephone.

Ruth Garner Children's Program Room
This room is furnished with small chairs and low tables sized for elementary-school-aged children. A rocking chair and a book case give the room a warm learning environment. Also equipped with a sink and phone.

Spartan Youth Service Classroom
Named after the Spartan Youth Service Team at Memorial High School, this is a large classroom lined with windows that look over the school district's playing fields. This room divides into two smaller rooms. It has a teacher's desk with a computer and telephone, a white board, and two sink and closet spaces. It is furnished with chairs and rectangular tables.

Community Kitchen
A full commercial kitchen with convection oven, stove and warming trays. Please note: rental of the kitchen requires a kitchen orientation.

Wexford Commons
This atrium has a ceiling that reaches high enough to have windows despite the fact that it is in the center of the building connecting all other rooms. It is furnished with tall coffee tables, a computer kiosk and couches.
